Key Clients Customer Service
POSITION We are looking for a Key Clients Customer Service to join our team, whose goal is to provide excellent service to our customers who contact us. The role involves managing orders from receipt through to dispatch, maintaining constant communication with the customer.
PROFILE Fluent professional English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to create solutions. Curiosity and proactivity. Ability to manage complex situations and work effectively in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce will be considered a plus. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Located in Longarone
