Today DARKPARK it is carried by over 100 high-end sales points worldwide, is rounding out its offering with shirts in denim and Tencel, a natural fabric that originates from wood and is ultimately biodegradable. Draped in the same treatments as the bottoms, the shirts create a uniform look.
DARKPARK's goal is to increasingly embrace sustainability also via mills whose continuous research of state-of-the-art solutions in terms of sustainability and circularity benefit both the environment and fashion.

Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)

DarkPark Srl is looking for a Showroom Coordinator to support the daily operations
of the showroom and ensure an impeccable customer experience.

The tasks:

-Welcome clients, buyers, and stakeholders during showroom visits
-Organize and manage appointments and sales campaigns
-Support the sales team during collection presentations and with order confirmation
follow-ups
-Maintain showroom visual standards in line with brand guidelines
-Manage samples (inbound/outbound, organization, tracking)
-Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics departments
-Handle administrative tasks (Excel reporting, order entry, database updates)

Profilo

Requirements:

-Previous experience in a similar role within the fashion industry (preferred)
-Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems, especially Excel
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Fluent in English (written and spoken)
-Interest in the fashion industry and strong aesthetic sensibility
