We transform everyday textile accessories into unique and personalized pieces through our signature Tags, custom-designed patches that customers can combine and apply directly in store.

Part retail destination, part creative experience, TAGS allows customers to personalize bags, travel accessories, fashion items, stationery products, pet accessories and gifts in a fun, interactive and memorable environment.

TAGS is a new creative retail concept opening in the heart of Rome.

Our customers personalize textile accessories using our collection of Tags, creating unique products through an engaging in-store experience.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, guiding them through the personalization process, supporting product selection, managing sales transactions and helping create a memorable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and assist customers throughout their journey in store

* Present products and personalization options

* Support the application and customization process following company guidelines

* Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards

* Process transactions and support daily store operations

* Manage stock replenishment and product organization

* Contribute to creating a positive, creative and inspiring environment

* Support workshops, events and special activations organized by the store

Profilo

We are looking for energetic, customer-oriented and creative individuals who enjoy working with people and have a passion for fashion, design and retail.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in retail, fashion, hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Positive attitude and team spirit

* Passion for customer service and attention to detail

* Interest in fashion, creativity, lifestyle products and design

* Ability to work in a dynamic environment

* Good knowledge of Italian and conversational English
