About the Opportunity
With the rapid evolution of the Aparavi Platform, we've entered hyper-growth mode. Bring your talent and creativity to our team as a hands-on Solutions Architect. You'll make a direct impact on customer and partner success by leading installs, running use case-driven demos, and driving technical adoption.

You'll be at the center of customer engagement - guiding enterprise installs, translating business objectives into architectures, and ensuring our platform is deployed successfully in production environments. Every day you'll also provide feedback to Engineering, Product Marketing, influence roadmap direction, and help define new use cases for unstructured data in AI.

What You'll Get to Do
* Customer Engagement
* Conduct live and virtual presentations, demos, and workshops showcasing Aparavi's Data Toolchain and Data Suite.
* Deliver use case-driven proof-of-concepts (POCs) from design to technical closure.
* Work closely with Sales to secure new partners and customers, supporting pre-sales engagements.
* Installations & Deployment
* Guide customers through platform installs, configuration, and integration into their environments.
* Validate technical requirements and ensure deployments align with security, compliance, and performance standards.
* Partner with customer IT and data teams to connect Aparavi to databases, data lakes, and cloud environments.
* Enablement & Advocacy
* Provide onboarding and technical enablement for customers and partners.
* Act as a trusted advisor, consulting on enterprise architectures for data intelligence, governance, and AI workflows.
* Support lead generation activities including webinars, user groups, and industry events.
* Feedback & Collaboration
* Work closely with the CINO and engineering teams to bring real-world customer feedback into the roadmap.
* Collaborate with Product on documenting enterprise use cases and building reference architectures.
What You Bring
* Experience
* 3+ years in Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Enterprise Technical Consulting/MSP environment.
* Proven track record with data management platforms, enterprise installs, and POCs.
* Experience across Windows Server and Linux environments.
* Hands-on with cloud platforms (Azure strongly preferred; AWS/GCP a plus).
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and Graph API integrations.
* Background in databases, storage (SAN, NAS, object storage), and data lifecycle management.
* Knowledge of compliance and governance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
* Technical Skills
* System administration: Windows, Linux, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).
* Cloud services: Azure Storage, Compute, Identity, Security; Azure AD, hybrid identity.
* APIs & scripting: Graph API, REST, OAuth 2.0, PowerShell, Python.
* Storage: backup, disaster recovery, archiving, distributed file systems.
* DevOps familiarity: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring tools.
* Soft Skills
* Strong communicator - comfortable with executives and technical teams alike.
* Able to thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments with minimal structure.
* Excellent presentation and demo delivery skills.
* Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
* Willingness to travel domestically 50-75%.
* Skills & Traits
* Ability to engage with both technical teams (engineers, architects) and executives (CIO/CTO).
* Strong presentation skills - able to make complex concepts accessible.
* Experience supporting sales cycles and influencing enterprise decision-making.
* Thrive in fast-moving environments; you bring order, process, and clarity in times of rapid growth.
* While we do not expect excessive travel, willingness to travel domestically 50% for events and customer/partner engagements is important.
