The Opportunity
Join Adobe's Customer Engineering team as a dedicated Software Development Engineer and support our customers using Adobe Commerce! This role offers the chance to diagnose and resolve intricate support cases for EMEA customers as part of the Tier III Support Development team. Embrace the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative Kanban environment, partnering with colleagues and customers to deliver high-quality solutions. What you'll Do
* Address and solve complex support cases for EMEA clients
* Partner with coworkers, partner and clients to deliver resilient solutions
* Occasionally join customer calls to present recommendations
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to upskilling initiatives
* Explore automation and tooling to improve quality and prevent issues proactively
What you need to succeed
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
* Proven problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex technical issues
* Previous involvement in a cooperative Kanban and Agile setting
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
* Ambitious approach with a determination to continuously improve and innovate
