Contracts Associate Home based Spain

As a Contract Associate at ICON, you will manage contracts, negotiating agreements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do:
Your role will involve delivering contract management work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms meet business objectives and legal standards.
* Managing contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and renewal.
* Providing guidance on contract interpretation and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
* Developing and maintaining contract templates and best practices.

Your Profile:
You will bring relevant contract management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in contract management or related field.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to analyze complex contractual issues and propose practical solutions.
* Proficiency in contract management software is a plus.
* Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
