Meta is seeking a Market Specialist with Thai language expertise to support risk and response management operations across Meta's platforms. In this role, you will help identify, assess, and address risks that affect Thai-speaking communities and markets, contributing to the integrity and safety of Meta's products including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor emerging risks, support escalation workflows, and help ensure that Meta's policies and responses are effectively applied in the Thai market context.
Review and assess content, accounts, and signals relevant to the Thai market to identify potential policy violations and emerging risk patterns Support escalation and response workflows by triaging risk cases and routing them to appropriate teams based on established procedures Collaborate with policy, operations, and trust and safety teams to apply risk frameworks consistently within the Thai market context Analyze risk trends and surface insights about Thai-market-specific threats to inform team-level response strategies Document case findings and maintain accurate records to support audit readiness and operational continuity Provide subject matter input on Thai cultural, linguistic, and regional context to improve the accuracy of risk assessments Engage with stakeholders across operations and policy functions to support initiatives that address market-specific risks Adapt to evolving risk landscapes by incorporating updated guidance and procedures into day-to-day case work Contribute to team quality by sharing observations and actionable feedback on workflows and decision consistency

Requisiti del candidato:

Professional working proficiency in Thai is required to review and assess Thai-language content and communicate with Thai-market stakeholders Experience in risk management, trust and safety, content review, policy operations, or a related field Experience applying established procedures and frameworks to evaluate cases and determine appropriate actions Experience identifying relevant factors in ambiguous situations and recommending viable courses of action Experience communicating findings and case outcomes clearly in writing to cross-functional audiences Knowledge of the Thai media landscape, regulatory environment, or online safety context relevant to platform operations Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Experience working in trust and safety, content moderation, or risk response operations within a technology or platform company Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies Experience using data or operational metrics to identify patterns and support risk prioritization decisions Familiarity with risk escalation workflows, case management systems, or incident response processes
