Job Description

You develop and deliver new product and promotional activity across a customer base.

How you will contribute

You will:
* Build and develop healthy and sustainable relationships with all customers in your portfolio.
* Utilize sales capabilities to execute for base, NPD and promotional activity.
* Carry out comprehensive and timely analysis of business performance for all customers in your portfolio and take corrective action to ensure delivery of agreed annual KPI's.
* Identify, win and maintain the maximum number of Perfect Stores in the customer base.
* Proactively interact with field sales teams to ensure availability of stock.

More about this role

What you need to know about this position:
* Revisión y asignación de ventas con base a las necesidades y objetivos de la compañía (Modificaciones y asignaciones de nuevos locales).
* Agendar el recorrido semanal para revisar el cumplimiento de rutas, estrategias de la semana, implementación de las actividades promocionales, oportunidades del mercado, KPI´s Extravisibilidad, inventario adecuado por punto / Toma de encuestas MC1.
* Manejo de la base de archivos para asegurar el cumplimiento de las rutas.
* Revisión de los pedidos del Rosado, para asegurar el nivel de stock necesario para cumplir con la venta establecida. De igual manera, asegurar que se dé la constante codificación de nuevos productos.
* Asegurar el cumplimiento y excelente ejecución de actividades promocionales de acuerdo con los lineamientos de la compañía.
* Dar apoyo al equipo de ejecutivos, gestionando vacaciones, cuentas de gastos por movilidad y alimentación.

Job specific requirements:
* Profesional en carreras administrativas, o afines.
* 3 a 5 años mínimo de experiencia en el área comercial, manejando canal moderno en empresas de consumo masivo.
* Manejo de Office, Excel a nivel intermedio, y análisis de dashboards en Power BI.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo, y proactividad.
* Nivel de inglés intermedio es un plus.
* Excelentes habilidades de análisis de información, e inteligencia comercial.
