Job Description Summary-Leads the implementation of a sustainable Patient Access strategy at city or provincial level. Support regional Patient Access projects execution including internalapplication and project milestone tracking

Job Description Major accountabilities:
* Maintain NVS P and R access databases in timely and quality manner.
* Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
* Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable) Key performance indicators:
* Effective use and improvement of tracking systems to measure access.
* Shortening product(s) time to market -Improvement/expansion of patient access. Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:
* Market and customer intelligence.
* Proficient in tools and systems related to Hospitals.
* Working experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Experience above 3years medicinal products for human use.
* Patient/client driven with excellent communication skills. Skills:
