Join Our Team: Join our dynamic team at Aperam in Luxembourg City, where we continuously develop and improve a mature, sophisticated in-house platform. Since 2016, this platform - hosted on Azure, built with Angular and Node.js, and following the CQRS/event-sourcing pattern - has been a challenging and rewarding project. More recently, we have embraced AI-assisted development practices and are progressively embedding AI capabilities directly into the platform itself. Our team of 1 product owner, 2 business analysts, 5 developers and a data analyst operates in agile mode and is closely connected with internal users across Europe and South America. Each member contributes to both frontend and backend development, as well as CI/CD pipelines and cloud architecture - an excellent environment for junior developers to learn and apply professional practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the frontend using the Angular framework. Develop and maintain the backend using Node.js, following the CQRS/event-sourcing pattern. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the platform. Gradually contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Azure components. Participate in Agile Kanban ceremonies: daily stand-ups, groomings, and retrospectives. Work closely with business analysts and the product owner to deliver high-quality solutions. Use Claude Code and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate development, write better code, and automate repetitive tasks. Contribute to integrating AI features into the platform, using LLM APIs and keeping pace with fast-evolving techniques

Requisiti del candidato:

Profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. Requirements: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively. Fluent in French and English. Genuine curiosity about AI tools and their practical application in software development. The following skills would be appreciated: Experience with TypeScript, Angular, and Node.js. Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps tools (Azure, CI/CD). Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar. Familiarity with LLM APIs (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI) or agentic development patterns.
