In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

* Support end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned roles, including job posting coordination, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation support.
* Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand basic role requirements and hiring timelines.
* Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and internal talent pools.
* Ensure candidates have a positive and inclusive experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the applicant tracking system.
* Support recruitment reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements.
* Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, candidate engagement, and team collaboration.

For This Role, You Will Need:

* An interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Basic organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Willingness to learn recruitment tools, systems, and processes.
* A customer-focused mindset with a desire to support candidates and hiring managers.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

* Internship, project, or part-time experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, or coordination roles.
*
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred, to support interactions with Mandarin-speaking candidates and stakeholders.
* Familiarity with social media or online platforms for candidate sourcing.
* Exposure to working in a fast-paced or team-based environment.
* Interest in working with diverse teams across different cultures or regions.
