Hutchinson Gozo (Malta) is one of the 100 plants of the group, which specialises in the production of bonded seals (metallic insert with a vulcanized rubber compound profile). The Operational Excellence is one of the most important focus to help us achieve our targets: satisfy our customer's needs, improve our employee's safety, sustain our quality, improve our performance and delivery. In order to meet our customer's needs and improve our performance (from raw materials to customer delivery), we must rethink our internal supply chain and challenge our process flow management.
Main target is to analyse and improve the manufacturing and purchasing flows to optimise the ERP calculation and improve data reliability. The second objective is to work on the monitoring system, to deploy supervision and management KPI with a lean mentality.

The IS & ERP Technical Expert provides technical support, training, and implementation services for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and IS (Information System) systems and related information systems at the local plant level.
This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting ERP and IS related issues, while driving continuous improvement of manufacturing and purchasing processes to optimize system performance and data reliability. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to support the effective implementation and use of ERP, MES and other IS systems.

Your main missions are :
* Analyse the current information/data management structure and identify the needs.
* Update and maintain technical data to ensure systems accuracy and integrity.
* Coordinate with the production team to deploy solutions within the ERP and MES systems.
* Implement processes for making ERP solutions work for the organization.
* Develop, document, and enforce system policies, procedures, and standards.
* Test system updates, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems.
* Maintain and update system documentation.
* Create reports and perform data analysis to support decision-making

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications Required :
* Bachelor's degree in engineering/IT or a closely related field.
* Master's degree in a related discipline is considered an asset.
* Proficiency in English, written and spoken, to ensure effective communication with local and non-local teams.
* Knowledge of French language is an asset.
* Experience in using an ERP and/or MES system.
* Experience within a Manufacturing plant is considered an asset.
