Job Description & SummaryWe're looking for a Transformation Lead to join our Internal Transformation team. In this role, you'll collaborate with experienced professionals who are focused on driving business transformation across all parts of the firm. Together, you will help shape and deliver initiatives that enhance how we work, leverage technology, and create long-term value for our people and stakeholders. Your Mission
Your career with PwC is what you make it. As our new Transformation Lead, you will:
- Define and own the firm's internal digital transformation roadmap, setting strategic priorities that support the firm's business objectives, and manage a dynamic prioritisation framework for transformation initiatives that balances strategic impact, feasibility, and resource constraints
- Establish and maintain a transformation governance framework, including a prioritised transformation backlog, portfolio oversight, and regular reporting to firm leadership
- Lead and coordinate the Internal Transformation team to drive transformation initiatives across the firm
- Act as the senior sponsor and escalation point for transformation programmes, ensuring alignment and delivery effectiveness
- Ensure strong alignment between business strategy, process improvement, technology delivery, and people change initiatives
- Lead firm-wide transformation initiatives spanning process optimisation, operating model design, people and organisational change, and technology enablement
- Identify opportunities to leverage digital capabilities, automation, and AI to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the firm
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across Audit, Tax, Advisory, and internal functions to drive transformation outcomes
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics for transformation initiatives, ensuring measurable value realisation and ROI
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, embedding transformation into everyday ways of working
- Drive operational excellence initiatives across the firm, including workflow redesign, policy modernisation, and service delivery improvement
- Hold accountability for the delivery of key transformation assets and outputs to support successful execution
- Own and manage the transformation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across initiatives and transparent tracking of investment
- Leverage PwC's global network, methodologies, and best practices to accelerate internal transformation and bring proven approaches to the firm
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a strong background in business transformation, consulting, or operational leadership and has experience managing transformation portfolios and programmes using structured methodologies
- Holds a relevant degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile (e.g., SAFe, Scrum), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are considered an asset
- Demonstrates proven leadership experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Possesses a solid understanding of digital technologies, automation, and AI
- Brings a strong change management mindset, with experience leading transformation initiatives
- Has excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership
- Has a passion for challenging the status quo and acts as a positive change agent within the organisation
- Brings a unique perspective and values collaboration
- Is eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to a diverse and inclusive team
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
