Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal communications or in a similar role
* Bilingual proficiency (English-Spanish) at a B2 level or higher.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with different stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Knowledge
* Strong creativity and innovation skills, with the ability to develop engaging communication strategies and content.
* Solid knowledge of design platforms and audiovisual production tools for creating impactful communication materials.
* Experience using artificial intelligence tools to enhance content creation, communication efficiency, and audience engagement.
