Hybrid role in CDMX

We are looking for a Functional Analyst to join our team and collaborate on key projects that transform our clients' business processes.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and an interest in working at the intersection of business and technology. As a Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the translation of business requirements into functional solutions that drive our clients' success.

Main Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the Business Analysts, Product Management, and Operations teams to understand and analyze business requirements.
* Document detailed functional specifications that serve as a guide for technical and development teams.
* Participate in meetings with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives.
* Support the design of functional solutions that meet business requirements.
* Perform basic functional testing to validate that implemented solutions comply with specifications.
* Provide support in resolving functional issues during development and testing phases.
* Keep functional and technical project documentation up to date.

Requirements:

* Education: University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Experience: 0-2 years of experience in functional analysis, software development, or technical support roles.

Technical Skills:

* Basic knowledge of systems analysis and solution design.
* Familiarity with documentation tools such as flowcharts, use cases, and functional specifications.
* Desired knowledge of project management tools and agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence, Scrum, etc.).

Soft Skills:

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Proactivity and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Languages:

* Intermediate or advanced English level (desirable, depending on the project).

Nice to Have:

* Knowledge of banking payment products, such as electronic transfers, mobile payments, credit/debit cards, clearing and settlement systems, among others.
* Previous experience in projects related to the financial or banking sector.
