About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispute Management Analyst with a strong focus on customer deductions. This role is responsible for analyzing, validating, and resolving deduction-related disputes to ensure accurate financial reporting and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and validate customer deductions to determine root cause and appropriate resolution.
* Accurately classify deductions (e.g., rebates, pricing errors, shortages, returns).
* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to resolve disputes.
* Maintain clear documentation and audit trails for all deduction cases.
* Ensure timely resolution of open deductions to support healthy cash flow.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Core Competencies:
* Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Customer-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
Languages:
* Native Spanish.
* Intermediate to advanced English (reading, writing, speaking).
