The Opportunity
Applies knowledge of Learning Technology processes to execute operational tasks, support platform administration, and manage components of learning initiatives. Ensures accurate and timely execution of requests, supports governance standards, and contributes to the continuous improvement of learning platforms and processes to enable effective training delivery and user experience across PepsiCo.
Your Impact
As HR Learning Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
Executes moderately complex activities within the Learning area, applying sound judgment to resolve operational challenges and ensure the effective and timely delivery of learning services.
Supports the administration and deployment of internally and externally provided training programs across learning platforms, ensuring alignment with PepsiCo standards and Learning objectives.
Collaborates with cross functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure learning initiatives are properly configured, deployed, and accessible to the intended audiences.
Identifies opportunities to improve learning technology processes and workflows, contributing recommendations that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
Monitors learning platform data and operational metrics, identifying trends and providing insights that support the continuous improvement of learning programs and platform adoption.
Maintains accurate documentation of processes, workflows, and governance practices to support operational consistency and knowledge sharing within the Learning Technology function.
Contributes to the adoption of standardized practices and operational models across Learning Technology, ensuring consistent execution aligned with organizational standards.
Contributes to cross-functional initiatives that drive the evolution of Learning Technology, supporting the exploration and implementation of innovative digital solutions that enhance platform adoption, learner experience, and scalable learning delivery across the organization.
