Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a NCF Credit Investigator to join our team in Aguascalientes.

A Day in Life:

This role will be responsible for entering credit application data for the credit department in preparation for credit adjudication by a Credit Analyst. They will assist Credit Analysts by gathering and/or entering back-up documents or information and obtaining additional information required by the Analyst.

Responsibilities:

* Clear and sort faxes/emails from the fax machine/inbox including other miscellaneous credit department requests. Sort additional incoming faxes/emails responding to inquiries, requiring redirection to other departments, or requiring recycling.
* Check department voicemail; pick up voicemail several times daily and redirect or respond as required.
* Data entry of credit applications; review proof of income and bank statements and noting the application into the LOS credit system.
* Obtain bank ratings for personal and commercial credit requests: include calling the proper bank to obtain credit information, faxing/emailing rating request to banks, entering bank rating information into LOS credit system after it is received, and providing a copy to the Credit Analyst responsible for the deal.
* Filing files personal and commercial credit applications in compliance with record retention guidelines.
* Use Shaw and Lemans systems to obtain previous vehicle ratings or information for lease/loan inquiries.

Who We're Looking for:

Mandatory Requirements:
* Advanced oral and written English required
* High School or equivalency, bachelor s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
* Strong interpersonal, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, Collaborative mindset and strong teamwork skills, Integrity and honesty in all interactions, Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, Adherence to established norms, processes, and compliance standards
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other PC applications
* Schedules could fall within the time frame (7:00 am until 8:00 pm) from Monday - Friday and Saturdays from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm (Depending on Department requirements a 6 day or 5 rotating weekly schedules will be assigned.)
