Contract Operations Junior Analyst Are you interested in understanding how contracts work? Want to improve processes and collaborate across functions and borders to ensure client contracts are accurate, efficient, and low-risk? Apply your organizational, analytical and relationship-building skills to support how we handle contracts from the beginning through renewal in the benefits space! Join our Global Capability Center Health Solutions team in Mexico City and enjoy a flexible work arrangement. Aon is in the business of making better decisions. At Aon, we shape decisions for the better in order to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world. As an organization, we are united by trust as one inclusive and diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. What the day will look like Become part of the contract management cycle through supporting the drafting, review and oversight of client contracts from start to finish. Assist account executives and commercial client leaders with day-to-day contract activities and serve as a reliable point of contact for routine questions and information requests. Collaborate regularly with internal partners across the world. Work closely with the team and management to assist in making sure contracts are detailed, follow policy and support our business goals. Contribute to reporting, tooling and operational improvements that enhance how our operations team delivers for clients. Support tracking and managing the full contract lifecycle by prioritizing vital documents, updating systems and maintaining accurate records to help ensure alignment with company standards. Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance, risk management and data privacy teams by routing contracts for review, following up on approvals and supporting execution activities. Assist in identifying potential issues in contract terms and conditions, calling out risks or complex questions to more experienced colleagues as needed. Help prepare regular reports on operational status, performance measures and compliance by capturing data, checking accuracy and formatting outputs for collaborators. Contribute to continuous improvement of contract workflows by documenting steps, maintaining templates and supporting the creation and maintenance of training materials, playbooks and guidelines. How this opportunity is different from other companies This role offers a chance to build foundational skills in a new end-to-end contract lifecycle process. It gives colleagues exposure to contract management rather than limiting their contributions to a narrow task. Work in a collaborative, high-performance operations team that partners closely with client-facing leaders, offering access to our healthcare and employee benefits business. With a hybrid work arrangement and strong cross-functional partnerships, gain broad exposure to many areas of the company and the risk industry while developing valuable experience in operations and contract management! Skills and experience that will lead to success Successful team members bring curiosity and a desire to learn. They handle data and tools confidently to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance during the contract process. They prioritize their work to manage multiple tasks and keep collaborators advised. A team-oriented demeanor, clear communication and a focus on continuous improvement help our colleagues thrive in this role. Early-career experience (typically 0-2 years) in an operations, administrative, coordination or similar role; exposure to healthcare or employee benefits is advantageous yet optional. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to follow defined processes and procedures accurately. Developing analytical and problem-solving skills, with interest in learning how to review contract information and identify potential discrepancies or issues. Comfort working with data and documentation, including maintaining trackers, preparing summaries and supporting basic analysis. Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Smartsheet (or similar tools) gained through academic, internship or work experience, and a willingness to learn new systems and tools. Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is desirable but not required. Proficiency in English equivalent to B2 level or higher. Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. #LI-KA2 #hybrid 2579548
