Hybrid role in CDMX
About the Role:
This role focuses on developing and maintaining solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with teams to design, build, and optimize features, ensuring scalable and efficient implementations across different cloud environments.
The position combines hands-on development with configuration tasks and integration work, contributing to end-to-end solutions within Salesforce projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform.
* Build custom logic using Apex and create user interfaces with Lightning Web Components and Visualforce.
* Configure and manage Salesforce environments, including objects, roles, profiles, and automation tools.
* Design and implement process automations using Flows and other tools.
* Integrate Salesforce with external systems through APIs and web services.
* Support deployment processes and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
Technical Requirements:
* Experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
* Strong knowledge of Apex.
* Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
* Experience with Visualforce.
* Knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
* Experience with Salesforce configuration and administration:
* Flows and Process Builder
* Roles and profiles
* Standard and custom objects
* Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
* Familiarity with tools such as Postman and web services.
* Experience with Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
* Experience in developing and implementing automations.
* Experience with version control tools such as Git and Bitbucket.
* Experience with deployment tools and processes (Change Sets, SFDX, CI/CD).
* Understanding of development best practices and security within Salesforce.
Nice to Have:
* Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, App Builder).
* Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
* Knowledge of ETL or middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
* Experience with Experience Cloud.
* Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
* Knowledge of modern JavaScript and HTML/CSS.
