Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer (Windows/Linux + Azure)

Buscamos un/a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer con experiencia sólida en administración de sistemas Windows/Linux, virtualización, redes, y operación en Azure, con foco en seguridad, automatización e infraestructura como código.

Lo que harás

* Administrar y operar ambientes Windows Server y Linux RedHat (procesos, filesystem, patching y hardening).
* Gestionar y soportar plataformas de virtualización VMware.
* Operar y dar soporte a componentes de networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, balanceo de carga y F5.
* Implementar y administrar soluciones de storage y backup: SAN/NAS, RAID, snapshots y replicación.
* Monitorear performance y disponibilidad con Dynatrace y herramientas cloud-native (Azure Monitor / logging).
* Automatizar tareas operativas mediante scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) y herramientas cloud-native.
* Aplicar controles de seguridad: hardening de OS, Active Directory, Kerberos y PKI.
* Operar infraestructura en Azure: Azure VMs, redes virtuales, VPNs, ExpressRoute, subnets, firewalls y balanceadores F5.
* Administrar soluciones de almacenamiento en Azure: Azure Files, Azure Blob Storage, storage de bloques y objetos.
* Gestionar backup/archival y estrategias de DR: snapshots, replicación y failover multi-región.
* Implementar prácticas de FinOps (right sizing de VMs y optimización de consumo).
* Construir y mantener infraestructura con IaC (Terraform) y Configuration Management (Puppet).
* Integrarte a pipelines de CI/CD para Infra bajo enfoque GitOps en Azure.
* Participar en iniciativas de containerización: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.

Requisitos (Must have)

* Experiencia administrando Windows Server y Linux RedHat en entornos productivos.
* Conocimiento práctico en VMware.
* Networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, balanceo y F5.
* Storage/Backup: SAN/NAS, RAID, snapshots, replicación.
* Monitoreo con Dynatrace (o equivalente con experiencia sólida).
* Automatización / scripting: PowerShell, Bash y/o Python para tareas de sistema.
* Seguridad: OS hardening, Active Directory, Kerberos, PKI.
* Experiencia con Azure VMs y ecosistema de conectividad (VNET, VPN, ExpressRoute, subnets, firewalls).
* IaC con Terraform y configuración con Puppet (o experiencia fuerte en herramientas equivalentes).

Deseables (Nice to have)

* Experiencia con NetApp ONTAP Cloud Volumes.
* Implementación de parcheo automatizado con herramientas cloud-native.
* Experiencia con GitOps y pipelines de infraestructura.
* Conocimientos en Kubernetes / OpenShift en entornos enterprise.
* Experiencia en DR multi-región y prácticas avanzadas de resiliencia.
