* Lead the training activities of the Area/Site with the objective of closing gaps identified in the competency matrix and in indicators affected by the lack of personnel knowledge, keeping up to date with technical developments and trends in their field of expertise, and integrating knowledge from other areas to carry out tasks in a comprehensive manner.
