Execution and Start-up Leader

* Position Type: Managerial
* Location: Huixquilucan
* Work Hours: On-site at home and at the plant, 2 or 3 visits to the plant/contractor plant
* Profile: Position in project management, preferably with knowledge in process engineering.

* Job Overview:
As the Execution and Start-up Leader, you will lead the site's initiative execution process end-to-end, acting as the single point of contact for various stakeholders including the Technical Readiness Leader (TRL), Initiatives Operations Leader (IOL), Plant Multi-functional Team, and Contract Manufacturers. Your role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on quality, timeline, and fundamentals through the use of project management tools and risk management methodologies.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure execution of processes following internal controls, safety, and QA standards with zero safety incidents and full compliance at contract manufacturers.
* Lead technical mastery efforts including qualifications, quarterly health checks, risk assessments, and integration of schedules to deliver site initiatives.
* Drive loss elimination initiatives and lead continuous improvement PDCA cycles.
* Manage operational mastery by mapping impacted parameters, ensuring validation plans, and leading site interventions.
* Oversee service plans to deliver initiatives right the first time and on schedule.
* Integrate costs into financial forecasts and seek efficiency opportunities within projects.
* Lead training and qualification of start-up teams and ensure smooth knowledge transition to operations.
