A Snapshot of Your Day

As an Trainee Procurment, you will play a key role in ensuring the continuous flow of materials required for manufacturing operations. Working closely with suppliers, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, Customs, and Strategic Procurement teams, you will manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve supply chain challenges to help ensure production schedules are met while supporting quality and cost objectives.

How You'll Make an Impact

* Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and maintain effective supplier relationships.
* Place purchase orders according to agreed pricing and procurement strategies while coordinating closely with Strategic Buyers.
* Ensure on-time material availability by collaborating with Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, and Customs teams.
* Manage deliveries, supporting documentation, invoice processing, and supplier non-conformance follow-up.
* Support supply chain continuity and manufacturing requirements through timely communication and issue resolution.

What You Bring

* Bachelor's degree in International Trade or a related field.
* Professional experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or related functions is preferred but not mandatory.
* Strong adaptability, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
* Professional English communication skills.

You will work closely with the Procurement organization, collaborating with Strategic Buyers, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, and Customs teams to ensure an efficient and uninterrupted supply chain that supports manufacturing operations and business objectives.
