Workday Consultant

We are seeking a Workday Consultant to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Workday consultant at Marsh, you will work alongside experienced delivery leaders and functional/technical specialists to support clients across the full Workday product suite. This is a high-growth, client-facing role with deep exposure to ongoing system management.

We will count on you to:
* Respond to client configuration requests, and drive issue resolution within your assigned Workday domain
* Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday support tickets in a timely and high-quality manner
* Perform configuration changes, business process updates, and testing in Workday tenant environments
* Document solutions, processes, and client-specific configurations clearly and thoroughly
* Collaborate with cross-functional AMS team members to support clients
* Support project delivery tasks such as testing, data validation, and change management activities
* Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement or optimization for client accounts

What you need to have:
* 0 - 2 years of professional experience; recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborative, team-oriented attitude with a client service mindset
* Basic understanding of enterprise software solutions.
* Advanced Level of English is a Must

Applicants will be considered for one of the following five domain tracks based on their background and interest. During the application and interview process, you will be asked to share your preferred domain and relevant experience or coursework:

Payroll
* Support clients with payroll processing, compliance, and configuration in Workday Payroll for Mexico and/or US payroll operations

Time Tracking & Scheduling
* Assist with time entry, time off, and scheduling configurations; troubleshoot time-related issues for hourly and salaried workforces

HCM (Human Capital Management)
* Support core HR processes including organizational structures, worker data, compensation, benefits, and business process configuration

Talent Management
* Assist clients with performance management and succession within Workday Talent

Integrations
* Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors) connecting Workday to third-party systems

What makes you stand out:
* Prior experience with Workday
* Prior internship or academic project experience with an ERP or HRIS platform (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
* Familiarity with ITSM concepts or ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
* Experience working in a consulting, professional services, or client-facing environment
