Job Description :Responsible for developing and executing research projects to determine consumer attitudes and advertising effectiveness. Supervise analysts.
As an Associate Director, you will serve as the primary analyst on a range of quantitative and qualitative research projects, managing the full execution of projects that address the major business across a variety of industries. While leading & developing junior team members, and being responsible for the quality of the deliverables.

- Daily responsibilities will span across advertising insights, measurement, and research.
- Act as a subject matter expert for measurement partnership onboarding, study Execution and feasibility, report creation and presentation.
- Develop performance benchmarks, case studies, Media & Creative best practices, and refinement/optimization to our audience and targeting strategy to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to the POV regarding new/current measurement/insights solutions and roadmap, tracking the performance and impact of our capabilities.
- Primary research to uncover insights that reveal the reach, composition, engagement, and strategic value of our audience.
- Develop compelling storylines that highlight opportunities.
