About this Position
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Ciudad de México. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with professional salon clients, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent brand representation in your territory.
As a key point of contact for our customers, you will combine commercial acumen with a strong understanding of the professional beauty market to grow the business, expand distribution, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
What you´ll do
* Manage customer accounts by taking and processing orders while maintaining strong commercial relationships.
* Develop and execute action plans for each client to achieve sales and distribution targets.
* Ensure strong brand representation and merchandising standards in partner salons.
* Collaborate with Technical Advisors (TAs) to coordinate education initiatives that drive sales impact.
* Monitor customer accounts, follow up on overdue payments, and manage administrative tasks such as reporting and contract management.
What makes you a good fit
* Previous experience in sales or account management, preferably within the professional beauty industry, cosmetics, or related sectors.
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop long-term partnerships with salon clients.
* Good understanding of market trends, competitor landscape, and product positioning.
* Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and expand distribution within the territory.
* Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage reporting, contracts, and administrative tasks.
* Proactive and results-driven profile, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and territory growth.
* Availability to work in the field more than 80% of the time.
* Based in or available to work in Ciudad de México.
