We're looking for an Order Management Coordinator who's not just technically capable, but also eager to explore, learn, and lead improvements.

You will support all of the Nordic countries and you'll be based in our HQ in Oslo, Norway.

What you'll do
* Handle Service Agreements and drive efficiency in administrative processes
* Support colleagues in daily operations within Business Central
* Ensure system alignment and data integrity across bFS and BC
* Create and maintain documentation, forms, and handover materials
* Design smart, AI-powered workflows using Microsoft Power Automate

Essential for the Role
* Solid experience with Business Central and technical systems
* A structured and proactive approach to work
* Strong process understanding and coordination skills
* Experience in service administration and workflow optimization
* Fluency in English
