How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
We are looking for a new member to join our E&P (Entrepreneurs & Professionals) Team in Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for our sales district in the Eastern part of Norway, working from our head office in Mjøndalen.
As an Account Manager, you will be the driving force in your assigned region for generating leads and converting them into future customers. You will be instrumental in retaining and expanding our customer base within the E&P sectors, which include diverse industries such as automotive, food, and research/laboratory.
Your key responsibilities will include:
● Portfolio Management: Managing a portfolio of accounts as the primary contact to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and intimacy.
● Opportunity pipeline Development: Identifying trends and projects to initiate contact with new potential customers, guiding them through the entire process from initial outreach to final contract signature.
● Contract & Pricing: Driving negotiations, implementing pricing strategies, and managing contract renewals to ensure long-term profitability.
● Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams such as Business Development, Customer Management, Logistics, and Technical Solutions to deliver on Air Liquide' s promise.
● Strategic Planning: Analyzing district trends and the competitive landscape to develop and execute short or long-term strategic plans.

We are looking for someone who has:
● Negotiation Skills: You are a talented negotiator who thrives on networking with
customers and stakeholders.
● Experience: Previous sales experience (preferably 2-4 years in an industrial field) is beneficial, but your talent and drive are most important.
● Digital Proficiency: You are adept at quickly learning and adapting to new tools and systems, such as CRM and Power BI.
● Language & Travel: You are fluent in Norwegian and English (corporate language). A valid drivers license is essential as the role requires travel.
● Team Spirit: You are a team player driven to achieve your own goals while motivating those around you.
