Job Description:
You'll become the kind of designer who can build 50 perfect emails while others are still tweaking one.
We're looking for someone to join our Albert Heijn email team. This isn't a creative exploration role - it's high-volume production work where precision and speed matter more than artistic vision. But here's what makes it valuable: you'll master email design at a scale most designers never see.

What you'll actually do:

* Build 10-15 emails per week in Figma (yes, really)
* Transform briefings and product shots into on-brand templates
* Catch mistakes before they reach 2 million inboxes
* Coordinate with developers and account teams in a tight production rhythm
* Learn to work fast without breaking things

You'll thrive here if you:

* Have graphic/multimedia training (MBO/HBO) and basic Figma skills
* Get satisfaction from doing repetitive work exceptionally well
* Are the kind of person who triple-checks before hitting send
* Can handle pressure without freezing (deadlines are real here)
* Want to learn by doing - a lot of doing
* Actually enjoy structure and systems (chaos people struggle here)
