We are transitioning from transactional order handling to a specialist, quality-driven, and improvement-focused operation. Your role goes beyond execution, contributing to stable operations, digital enablement, and stronger sales effectiveness. If you enjoy solving complex operational challenges, improving processes, and driving automation in a fast-paced environment, you will make a strong impact. * Manage operational requests with a first-time-right mindset, driving stable outcomes and reducing rework.
* Resolve complex operational issues proactively by coordinating across functions, identifying root causes, and translating insights into process improvements.
* Build and maintain strong internal partnerships across Western Europe, including regional sales offices, business units, finance, and shared service centers.
* Ensure structured and compliant documentation in instructional guides and SOPs, supporting process standardization and operational consistency.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends, proposing enhancements, and supporting implementation of new ways of working using Lean Sigma principles.
* Promote a culture of operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement in all activities.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Bachelor degree
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French/German/Italian/Dutch/Nordic (native or close to native level) & English
* Experience in sales operations, order management, business operations, or a similar environment
* Strong sense of ownership and problem-solving ability
* A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and act on optimisation opportunities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel), ERP, SAP, and other operational tools
* Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining quality and accuracy
