Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)
Key Responsibilities:
* Package and deploy enterprise applications using SCCM and Intune (MEM).
* Convert legacy packages (MSI, EXE, scripts) to Intune-compatible formats (.intunewin).
* Define detection methods, install/uninstall commands, and dependency rules.
* Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and production rollout.
* Manage application lifecycle: updates, superdense, and retirement.
* Maintain application inventory and documentation.
* Monitor deployment status and resolve installation failures using logs.
* Collaborate with IT security and endpoint teams for compliance and standardization.
* Manage software updates for Microsoft and third-party products.
* Create deployment packages and monitor compliance.
* Report on update status and troubleshoot failures.
* Operating System Deployment (OSD)
* Maintain SCCM server health, distribution points, boundaries, and site systems.Enforce configuration profiles for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
