Descripción del puestoMISSION Ensure the provision of goods and services for the organization, guaranteeing the best commercial conditions through reasonable, fair, and transparent processes aligned with corporate objectives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Gather information on suppliers and purchasing conditions, updating databases and internal systems to facilitate decision-making by the Purchasing department. 2. Prepare and verify purchasing requirements from internal areas, ensuring they comply with technical specifications and established corporate guidelines. 3. Collaborate in the request for and review of quotes, gathering the necessary documentation and following technical and economic evaluation procedures. 4. Manage the tracking of purchase orders and the formalization of contracts, maintaining up-to-date records and reporting potential incidents to the appropriate manager. 5. Provide support in the preparation of KPI reports, collecting data on costs, timelines, and service levels for subsequent analysis. 6. Support communication with suppliers, resolving queries, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services under the agreed terms. 7. Participate in identifying opportunities for improvement in purchasing processes, proposing initiatives that contribute to optimizing costs, time, and quality. 8. Maintain fluid communication with internal departments, verifying that needs and specifications comply with the corporate purchasing policy. 9. Contribute to the review and update of procurement manuals and procedures, ensuring their alignment with internal regulations and industry best practices. 10. Collaborate with the Purchasing team and other departments in resolving incidents, providing operational support in managing invoices, complaints, or making necessary adjustments to purchasing processes.

Requisitos del candidatoEDUCATION - Advanced Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, Transportation and Logistics, or International Trade. - University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar is a plus. EXPERIENCE - 2-3 years of experience in similar roles SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE Languages - C1 English Tools - Knowledge of ERP tools (SAP) - Experience with procurement management software (SAP Ariba, Workday, Coupa, or similar) - Office suite (Advanced) - Data analysis tools (PowerBI) - Digital signature and contract management tools (Icertis, Docusign, CLM, or similar) Other - Proficiency in office tools and ERP procurement systems (e.g., SAP or similar). - Knowledge of corporate procurement regulations and policies. - Familiarity with negotiation techniques and commercial offer evaluation. - Basic accounting and financial management skills for reviewing invoices and budgets.
