Join our dynamic Generative AI and Data Science team as a GenAI Implementation Specialist. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead projects involving generative AI models and manage technical tasks.
You will help design and build internal GenAI applications that support employees, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making across the business. This role is ideal for someone with strong development skills and a keen interest in applying generative AI to practical business challenges.

What will you be doing?
* Design and development of AI-powered applications, using LLMs and cloud services.
* Collaboration with business teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Work with internal platforms and APIs to integrate GenAI capabilities.
* Implementation of MLOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines for GenAI applications.
* Monitoring and optimization of model performance, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and standards.

What we're looking for?
* A few years of relevant professional experience.
* Understanding and practical experience with large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies.
* Advanced proficiency in Python in business environments.
* Practical experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), preferably in the context of generative AI applications.
Experience with CI/CD practices.
* Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) would be a plus.
* Excellent technical task management skills.
* Ability to plan and execute business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Awareness of security and compliance in enterprise environments.
