As an Early Careers Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in identifying & attracting emerging talents.

What You'll Do:
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs
* Own & Grow Partnerships: Manage and expand our university relationships across Central Eastern Europe (CEE).
* Recruitment: Drive our annual recruitment volume planning and own the end-to-end process for internships and graduate programs, including Assessment Centers.
* Innovate: Continuously find new ways to connect with diverse talent.

What You'll Bring:
* Fluency in English required. Polish/Bulgarian/Romanian/Czech and/or Slovakian language skills would be preferred.
* University Degree (MA/BA), preferred HR / Psychology or similar
* Initial experience in Talent Acquisition or Early Career is nice to have
* Understanding of Recruitment Trends and best practices
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to operate in a constantly changing environment, to work through ambiguity
* Creativity - bring fresh ideas to our early careers' initiatives.
