Accountant in Finance - O2C Department, Gdańsk

Join our Order to Cash Department and support ARLA's cash flow by managing receivables, handling collections, and ensuring accurate accounting. You'll work in an international environment, develop your skills, and contribute to improvements and projects across the O2C area.

How you will make an impact
You'll support our Order to Cash processes by managing invoicing, resolving disputes, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring smooth communication with customers and internal stakeholders. You'll also contribute to reporting, process improvements, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities:

* Handle disputes, rebates, and customer queries

* Follow up on outstanding debts and escalate issues when needed

* Perform invoicing and Credit Management tasks

* Support reporting, audits, and cooperation with business units

* Identify improvement opportunities and update documentation

What will make you successful

You bring a solid understanding of finance processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work accurately and independently in a dynamic environment. You communicate clearly, manage your time well, and feel comfortable working in an international setting.

Key qualifications:

* 2 years' experience, including 1 in finance

* Knowledge of accounting principles, Excel, and SAP

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset

* Advanced English and proactive attitude

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office min. 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
