Ensuring close alignment between business and technical requirements during developments, ensuring deployment of global standards and ways of working.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Global Solutions in Operating Companies in scope, as a Subject Matter Expert.

The goals to achieve are:
* Harmonised ways of working
* Common standard processes
* Common system platform(s) across our operational companies
* Act as a first point of contact and support for PDS regarding design or platform-related questions, issues.
* Support PDS in the implementation of the Global Solution(s) based on the HEINKEN Enterprise Process Model (HEPM).
* Assists in successfully closing gaps between "as is" and "to be" situations when expertise is needed
* Lead new product developments
* Closely cooperate with the central D&T product team on translating business requirements into system solutions
* Perform business testing during system upgrades and new functionality implementation
* Provides expert knowledge of the subject area and the project methodology
* Develops and coordinates communication materials related to New Ways of Working
* Captures lessons learned and best practices from each implementation and integrates them into future impact resolution/improvement roadmaps
* Assists in test automation

You are a good candidate if you have:

* 1-2 years of experience in Pricing
* Experience as a Business Analyst
* Analytical and project management skills
* Fluent English to cooperate with stakeholders from various locations
* Proven contribution to process improvements as a project member
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance or related field - nice to have
* Understanding of finance processes
* Ability to explain process strategy and tasks to stakeholders
* Good analytical skills & strong stakeholder management.
* Effective communication, presentation, and time management skills
* Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with SAP Fiori and Jira - nice to have
