Role Summary:
The Sourcing Supplier Performance Management Analyst supports Work Dynamics sourcing and procurement activities by delivering data-driven insights, market analysis, and supplier support across real estate, facilities, and workplace services. This role reports into the Global Supplier Performance Management Lead, and partners closely with sourcing managers and stakeholders to enable informed commercial decisions and drive cost, risk, and performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Amazon GREF global supplier performance management program report construction and distribution
* Manage supplier scorecard development, implementation, distribution in Jagger
* Manage supplier and IFM/Programs team training on scoring
* Organize, construct, and complete the quarterly supplier performance management white paper released no later than 45 days after the quarter ends
* Work with global IFM/Programs teams to obtain supplier performance qualitative feedback
* Develop creative solutions on collecting supplier performance data, presenting performance results to the client
* Technically proficient in Jagger, Corrigo, and other JLL technologies supporting the sourcing team for Amazon GREF account
* Reviewing Principal and Managed Agent contract KPI's, including scorecard metrics and measurement, ensuring alignment with client vendor performance program.
* Working with FM Operations and Program teams, support regular vendor performance reviews and implement improvement plans when necessary.
* Working with vendor management teams, ensure supplier performance escalations follow the Corrective Action Plan methodology ensuring a consistent, measurable approach to improvement and mitigation upon poor performance.
* Collaborate with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction opportunities.
* Maintain sourcing dashboards, reports, and databases to ensure data accuracy and visibility
* Assist with contract documentation and sourcing governance processes
Required Qualifications:

* Excellent Inter-personal skills, Organization skills, Strong Analytical Ability, Proven ability to lead teams in decentralized environment.
* Excellent communication skills - oral and written
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, supply chain, or a related field
* 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, finance, or analytics (corporate or consulting environment preferred)
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Smartsheets; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills in English; Polish proficiency preferred
Preferred Attributes:
* Experience supporting global or regional sourcing initiatives
* Familiarity with facilities management, real estate, or professional services categories
* Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive mindset
