🚀 Your Role

As a P2P Intercompany Junior Specialist, you will:
* Process intercompany invoices timely and accurately in line with SLA
* Support key KPIs such as Paid on Time, Autoposting, and Touchless processing
* Monitor and reduce invoice backlog
* Investigate and resolve invoice-related issues
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth P2P operations
* Participate in month-end closing activities, including netting
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and simplification

* Have some experience in Accounts Payable / P2P / Intercompany (nice to have)
* Understand basic accounting principles and invoice processes
* Are comfortable working with KPIs and targets
* Pay strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Have good organizational and time management skills
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Communicate effectively and enjoy collaborating with others
* Have experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) – a plus
* Speak English at min. B2 level
