Job Description:
* Identifying new business opportunities in engineering-related sectors (Automotive, Bus & Truck, Rail, Energy, etc.) and developing strategies to expand our client base;
* Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored, innovative solutions;
* Acting as the primary commercial and technical contact for key accounts, ensuring outstanding service delivery;
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives;
* Conducting competitor and market analyses to anticipate industry trends and maintain a competitive edge;
* Preparing and delivering compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients;
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing directly to the company's sustainable growth and success.
Qualifications:
* University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field;
* Willingness to travel frequently on business assignments;
* Solid knowledge of the engineering industry and market dynamics;
* Previous experience in other sectors (e.g., Energy, Oil & Gas) will be considered an asset;
* Proven track record in customer relationship management and business development;
* Strong commercial awareness, organizational skills, and initiative;
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;
* Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and drive for results;
* Ability to challenge clients constructively and provide solution-focused recommendations.
