In this role you will support People Services operations for Spain, processing employee lifecycle transactions and keeping people data accurate.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Process employee lifecycle transactions in HR systems, including hires, promotions, transfers and leavers, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Manage inbox tasks, validations and bulk uploads while maintaining data integrity and audit readiness.
- Respond to employee and manager queries via ticketing, chat and calls with clear, timely guidance.
- Support payroll inputs and approvals and reconcile system data with payroll as required.
- Maintain and update knowledge articles and local documentation to support consistent service delivery.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to implementation of practical changes.
Work arrangement: This role is hybrid. You will be expected to work two days per week in the Poznan office and also work remotely.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years' experience in HR operations, people services, shared services or transactional HR support.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English languages
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
- Comfortable using Excel and reporting tools for reconciliations and dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or similar case management systems.
- Practical experience with HR systems; experience with Workday is highly relevant.
- Prior exposure to payroll inputs, reconciliations or local payroll systems in Poland.
- Knowledge of Polish labor law and employment regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a global shared services or customer support environment.

#LI-HybridThe annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 84,000 to PLN 140,000 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer's discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave.
