Rate Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and standardized transport rates master data while driving continuous improvements across global logistics processes.

Your role:
As a Rate Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality transport rates data and enabling data-driven decision making across the logistics ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to drive standardization, compliance, and digital transformation within transport rates processes.

Your key responsibilities include:
* Maintenance of correct transport rates and transit times master data in TMS
* Coordination and communication of deviations in transport rates
* Supporting analytics and decision-making using TMS, Transport Analytics (Qlik Sense), and Power BI
* Providing meaningful analysis on transport rates reporting and supporting IWD in identifying root causes of performance gaps related to rates compliance and completeness
* Driving continuous improvements in transport rates processes
* Ensuring executional compliance and high quality of inputs to TMS
* Implementing and driving global logistics process standardization
* Improving the use of digitalization and AI within the transport rates ecosystem
* Leading or contributing to projects in line with Philips project management standards
* Supporting onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team

You're the right fit if:
* You hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
* You have experience in a similar role within supply chain, logistics, or transport
* You have a very good command of English
* You demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset
* You are able to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities
* You have experience with MS Office, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills being a strong advantage

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
