The Position
Voice AI Delivery Lead

At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week. The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events.
This role is based in our advanced AI and Analytics domain, where we orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of high-impact digital products within a strictly regulated medical environment. You will join a highly collaborative team dedicated to unlocking the potential of cutting-edge technology while maintaining global standards of compliance and validation. This unique opportunity allows you to lead complex technical roadmaps and bridge advanced data science with critical healthcare outcomes that impact millions of patients.
The opportunity:
* Manage the full delivery lifecycle of high-scale AI, Machine Learning, and analytics solutions from concept to production, ensuring robust product releases.
* Lead compliance and validation workstreams (GxP/CSV), applying frameworks to AI/ML models to guarantee full regulatory compliance without compromising delivery speed.
* Act as a tech lead and trusted advisor, translating complex business requirements into strategic implementation plans and actionable product roadmaps.
* Strategically manage a diverse range of global stakeholders across functional areas, facilitating workshops and resolving cross-squad conflicts to align delivery outcomes.
* Drive root cause analysis for technical delivery delays, handle interdependencies between data science, engineering, and compliance, and design effective, automated process improvements.
* Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring junior delivery managers, shaping team processes, and actively contributing to internal Communities of Practice (CoPs).
Who you are:
* Experience: Proven track record in Product Leadership with extensive experience driving end-to-end delivery of complex digital products, specifically Data/AI/ML-driven solutions within highly regulated industries (Pharma, Life Sciences, or MedTech) (Required).
* Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Validated Solutions (GxP/CSV), software verification, and mastery of Agile/Lean frameworks to scale delivery and resolve bottlenecks (Required).
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to perform complex requirements analysis, evaluate technology fit, and use data-driven decision-making for large-scale enterprise environments (Required).
* Communication & Leadership: Exceptional skills in bridging technical/validation hurdles for non-technical senior leadership, mentoring teams, and building strategic stakeholder relationships (Required).
* Certifications: Professional certifications in Product Management (e.g., SAFe, PSPO) or Compliance/Quality (e.g., CQA, RAC) (Preferred).

* Salary range 19,000 to 27,000 PLN gross based on the employment contract.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228'900.00 PLN - 425'100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
