Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for leading and sustaining Business Process Management (BPM) governance across GBS, ensuring methodological consistency, strategic alignment, and operational excellence. In addition, the role will actively drive high-impact Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, scaling expertise to meet growing business demand and supporting transformation programs.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

1. BPM Governance & Strategic Oversight
* Establish and maintain BPM governance frameworks, ensuring standardized process design, improvement methods, and lifecycle management.
* Act as the single point of contact for BPM-related inquiries, driving stakeholder engagement and cross-functional alignment.
* Define and track BPM maturity and adoption metrics, supporting the creation of a unified process taxonomy and design standards.
* Lead governance forums, document key decisions, and ensure transparent communication of progress and outcomes.
* Develop and deliver BPM training, playbooks, and enablement programs for Global Process Owners (GPOs) and transformation teams.
* Curate and maintain a single source of truth for BPM standards, ensuring accessibility and scalability.
* Support the design and rollout of BPM training and capability-building initiatives.
2. ProEx & CI Execution & Scaling Expertise
* Lead and deliver high-impact CI/BPM initiatives that drive measurable business value, partnering with GPOs and transformation teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
* Operationalize a repeatable process discovery flow, leveraging tools like SAP Signavio for process intelligence and value analysis.
* Ensure every discovery initiative is consistent, actionable, and aligned with enterprise transformation priorities.
* Integrate innovation by collaborating with Service Excellence, IT, and external partners to embed advanced technologies and best practices.
* Build and maintain a practical CI toolkit grounded in Lean and Six Sigma principles, executing data-driven improvement proposals.
* Foster a process-centric culture through training, best practice sharing, and community engagement.
3. Enablement, Communication & Change Management
* Develop structured communication plans to articulate governance principles, roles, and next steps to all stakeholders.
* Use multiple channels (forums, newsletters, dashboards) to ensure visibility and accessibility of governance and CI initiatives.
* Champion BPMN standards and promote process transparency and digital enablement across the enterprise.
* Actively participate in testing and deploying new functionalities for governance and CI tools.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
* 5-7 years in Process Excellence, CI, and BPM Governance, ideally in a GBS environment.
* Strong skills in project management, vendor management, business partnering, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and strategic communication.
*
Lean Six Sigma Black or Green Belt preferred; experience in change management, digital transformation, and process mining/analytics is an asset
*
Full working proficiency in English is a must / full proficiency in Polish is an asset
