THE WORK
As a Service Management Coordinator, you will support the implementation and maintenance of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes in alignment with best practices. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in designing and managing ITIL-based processes, ensuring effective coordination with technical teams and business stakeholders.

* Acting as a project manager or business analyst on maintenance projects within the customer organization, coordinating activities, clarifying requirements, and supporting ongoing service delivery.
* Enhancing service delivery through monitoring, reporting and insightful analysis.
* Developing and maintaining documentation for ITSM processes and procedures.
* Identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting best-practice adoption.
* Conducting training sessions for team members on ITSM tools and processes.
* Acting independently as a subject matter expert, actively contributing to team discussions and proposing solutions to work-related challenges.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Advanced proficiency in IT Service Management - at least 2 years of experience on relevant roles.
* Proficiency in Service Management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA).
* Advanced proficiency in Service Desk Management.
* Intermediate proficiency in Service Request Management, Analysis and Reporting.
* Ability to work independently and contribute as a subject matter expert.
* Strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders.
