The Mobility Advisor acts as the process owner and subject matter expert for key Mobility operations in Poland, including office parking management, non-public and public EV charging services, D2D (door to door) services, taxi contracts, driver safety (Drive Success) and fleet related support processes. The role is responsible for designing and documenting end to end processes, preparing recommendations for the Associate Director Mobility, implementing approved solutions and continuously monitoring performance, compliance and user experience. Working closely with employees, Reception, Finance, Procurement, SHE, property manager, vendors and external partners, the Mobility Advisor ensures clear and effective rules for users, adherence to internal policies and external standards (including ISO environmental requirements), and optimised use of Mobility resources and budgets.

Typical Accountabilities
* Operational management of non-public charging infrastructure in AZ offices and employees' places of residence including helpdesk, charging sessions monitoring, creating and supervising service regulations, keeping the records of charging and ensuring timely reporting for stakeholders, managing the process of home charging costs reimbursement, supporting fire safety queries.
* Maintaining B2B relationships focused on public charging infrastructure development including supporting for charging services during AZ events outside of the offices and acting as the first line contact for public charging operators.
* Executing internal actions to achieve AZ Ambition Zero Carbon '25 including education, training and events.
* Operational management of parking lots in AZ offices including helpdesk, occupancy monitoring and optimization, keeping user records, acting as the first line contact for building security company, guest notifications and parking markings.
* Operational management of D2D services in AZ offices including supporting of services development, acting as the first line contact for vendors, creating and supervising service regulations, preparing communication for employees and supervising and coordinating seasonal tyres change.
* Acting as the Drive Success (DS) program Facilitator, taking ownership of driver safety policy including training program (both in-class and practical), preparing and conducting educational campaigns, conducting and supporting audits in scope of DS and SHE and post-accident procedures as well.
* Acting as the first line contact for employees (helpdesk) and conducting internal communication including Mobility mailbox ownership, Workplace and Teams threads, preparing newsletters and other communication according to current needs.
* Management and development of employee taxi services, including supporting vendor selection and oversight, contract and SLA management, service regulations, helpdesk and incident handling, cost monitoring with timely stakeholder reporting, integration with corporate tools (settlements, corporate cards, apps), compliance with travel policy, and continuous improvements with KPI tracking (timeliness, user satisfaction, cost per trip).
* Management of offroad vehicles (temporarily out of use), including vehicle registry and status tracking, scheduling and prioritizing repairs, commissioning car washing and interior cleaning services, commissioning seasonal tire changes, coordinating external suppliers (service, car wash, tire), quality and cost control, risk management (inspection deadlines, critical faults, parking damage), standardized technical checks before handover (checklists, photos, confirmations), compliance with road regulations, and concise reporting on availability, downtime and cost per vehicle.
* Carrying out other operational tasks including Coupa matters (creating and controlling purchase orders, supporting vendor creation process etc.), handing over and picking up cars, product training (car operation), VIP service and other tasks according to current needs.
* Correspondence and records management for the Mobility team, including handling fine proceedings (responses, employee and Finance liaison, record-keeping), maintaining hardcopy fleet archives and storage areas (including filing cabinets), and supporting operational needs as required-vehicle handover/return, product training (vehicle operation), delivering in-house services, VIP support, and other tasks as agreed with the line manager.
* Undertaking specified actions and tasks to support and maintain the effective functioning of the ISO environmental management system at AZPP, including collecting necessary data, maintaining documentation, performing internal audits, and preparing reports essential for environmental compliance and management.

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential
* Strong organizational and coordination skills
* Good knowledge of English
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Higher education
* Driver's license (B category)
* Strong MS Office (especially Excell) skills
* Experience in car fleet administration

Desirable
* Proficiency in data management and reporting
* Car fleet management software knowledge (Carmen/Softra etc.)
* Coupa system knowledge
* Overall automotive industry knowledge
* eMobility sector knowledge
* Experience of working in a global organisation
