The Role
The Marketing Production Manager acts as the central workflow engine for our Creative Studio. Overseeing all of production delivery, logistics and output for media sales and marketing. The Production Manager ensures all briefs are delivered in a timely manner, sign offs and processes work and are adhered to and that stakeholders are happy, and they come in on budget.
Specifically, this role also will lead on delivery of media sales campaigns in the UK and some international campaigns with support from the German Media Campaign Manager.
Working closely with our Brand and Studio team, you'll join a fun, diverse, fast paced, creative and welcoming team in London, Berlin and Warsaw.
60% - Media sales campaign management:
* Supporting the Head of Media Sales in external kick off calls to ensure the brief and campaign needs are clearly understood.
* Create a production and campaign timeline and any other materials needed to deliver the campaign.
* Reporting: ensure the teams who are delivering output feedback the numbers required for the sales manager to pull together into a sales document for future work.
* Check ins - create and ensure campaign check ins happen with key delivery teams to discuss the campaign and deliver any optimisations.
* CM's and Sales & steering. This part will be part of the marketing asset production too to ensure everything is synched in one sales team output.
* Invoicing and management of freelancers/delivery. This can include hiring freelance project managers, designers, editors etc.
* Ensuring competition winners are chosen and this is facilitated. Operations/cs on hand to help fulfil.
* Ad serving: Process all ad serving needs across the UK for media partners.
40 % Marketing assets:
1. Workflow and Brief Management
* Schedule Management and Process: Owning the production schedule, meetings and associated paperwork for all marketing content.
* Delivery and budget management: Ensure the outputs are delivered on time and to a high quality through sign offs with the Interim Marketing Director.
* Prioritisation: Clearly prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure key work is delivered first, resolving conflicts as they arise.2. Operational Efficiency and Process Optimization
* Bottleneck Identification: Constantly reviewing processes to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, making changes to improve speed and efficiency.
* Template Standardisation: Ensuring the team utilises standardised briefing processes and templates for consistency.
* Resource Forecasting: Working with team leads to forecast future resource needs.
* Budget oversight of freelancers/tools: Work with team leads to identify needs, forecast resource and spend budget appropriately. 3. Stakeholder Management and Communication
* Clear Communication: Serving as the main point of contact for status updates and production inquiries across all internal teams.
* Brief Review: Ensuring all creative briefs submitted are complete, accurate, and contain all necessary details before work commences.
* Risk Mitigation: Identifying potential risks to campaign launch dates and proactively working to mitigate them.
You will be:
* Entrenched in media partnership and delivery. The role is a key role in facilitating brilliant media campaigns.
* Deeply experienced in managing creative and marketing workflows in complex or multi-stakeholder campaigns.
* Able to thrive under the pressure of a constant monthly process of creative testing and delivery.
* Empathetic to teams delivering under pressure and able to navigate this to ensure things are delivered on time.
* The ultimate problem solver and plate spinner.
* Manage international team members with empathy whilst setting high standards.
You are:
* Used to working with media paid clients who require multiple changes and able to deliver complex media sales campaigns.
* Excited by creative output. Although you aren't creating or signing off creative, you are making it happen and will always be a filter from through the work is delivered.
* Meticulously organised. Able to manage hundreds of moving parts without errors.
* Patience personified.
