Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:
Account Coordinator
We are seeking a talented individual to join our North America Career Products Account Management team at Mercer. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an Account Coordinator, you will be an integral part of managing a large portfolio of multinational clients subscribing to our global data offerings. You will provide advanced client servicing support, assist Dedicated Account Managers with sales and invoicing processes, and ensure high-quality client communication and account accuracy.
We will count on you to:
* Manage client inquiries through the shared Client Engagement mailbox and oversee all aspects of client account servicing
* Ensure prompt processing of platform access requests and support sales activities including quote generation, contract drafting for review, and preparing supplementary materials as needed
* Maintain and audit records in MPower, our CRM tool to ensure data integrity and accuracy
* Lead invoicing support activities including document review, billing coordination, and client communication
* Facilitate the survey participation process by managing user data, preparing for and leading meetings and client trainings, create and send schedules, reminders, and assisting with audits
* Communicate directly with clients primarily via email and occasionally by phone, supporting sales and renewal processes without direct selling duties
What you need to have:
* Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
* 2-3 years of relevant experience
* Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities
* Ability to manage a fast-paced workload effectively
* Interest in client-facing roles
* Strong English proficiency for interaction with North American clients

* Proven experience in client servicing or account coordination with multinational clients
* Advanced knowledge of CRM and sales support tools
* Willingness to work flex shifts (e.g., 10 AM-6 PM or 11 AM-7 PM) to better align with client time zones but we are very flexible with working hours
