Your mission will be…
* Execution of administrative Cash Allocation tasks that involve the employee life cycle, from the global Cash Allocation product catalogue.
* Allocation and Clarification of incoming payments.
* Closing activities & PCMB Controls verification.
* Record and monitor day-to-day accounting transactions in SAP with precision and timeliness.
* Upload and reconcile bank statements.
* Post journal entries and perform technical account reconciliations.
* Contact Business Unit's or Customer's, handling critical queries and provide accurate information to business partners.
* Contribute to continuous improvement processes in order to improve the quality of service provided
