What will be your responsibilities:
* Analyze processes, identify waste, propose solutions, and implement improvements;

* Lead and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across different areas;

* Identify opportunities and implement them within processes or facilities;

* Improve factory layout according to production needs and planning;

* Implement Lean strategies;

* Deliver both theoretical and shop-floor training.
Profile and requirements:

* University degree in Management, Engineering, or another field relevant to the role;
* Language requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven C2 level in both languages;

* Training in Lean methodologies;

* Strong knowledge and experience in applying Lean tools and continuous improvement methods;

* High sense of responsibility, organization, task planning, and deadline management;

* Persuasion, proactivity, autonomy, team spirit, assertive communication, and accuracy;

* Residence in, or availability to relocate to, Ponte de Sor and/or surrounding municipalities.
